You’ll begin by completing a detailed questionnaire so I can gain a full understanding of your little one’s current sleep patterns, routines, and challenges. We’ll then have a 45-60 minute phone consultation to explore what’s happening and outline clear, practical steps forward. Following our call, you’ll receive two weeks of daily follow up phone support, giving you ongoing guidance, reassurance, and tailored adjustments as your little one progresses.
